Orgasms can bring immense pleasure or considerable mental anguish. Sometimes, the pressure to achieve orgasm can be overwhelming, causing it to elude us. To start your evening off right, consider a meal of oysters as an appetizer, a small lean steak with hot peppers, a spinach salad with eggs, and dark chocolate for dessert. Keep portions small to avoid discomfort during activities. Whether you keep your windows open is up to you 😉
