Whether you’re going through perimenopause or menopause, it’s easy to get frustrated with what your body and your mind are doing to you. Perimenopause – Perimenopause can last anywhere from a few months to several years.  Your hormones are fluctuating and you have to be really careful if you don’t want to get pregnant.  If you’re trying to get pregnant you might be having a lot of difficulty due to declining hormones.  You might have estrogen dominance where you have too much estrogen compared to progesterone which increases your risk of certain cancers.  You might have too little estrogen and lose your libido altogether.  And if you have babies during this time it can throw your hormones completely out of whack.  Let’s work on this together so you can regain your vitality and your sex drive.  You’re far too young to not enjoy sex.

Menopause – Isn’t menopause a wonderful time of life?  Estrogen drops, you start to dry out internally and externally, gain weight, insomnia hits and you’ve lost your interest in sex.  Together we can reignite your libido, get the excess weight under control, and get your joy for life back.  Why is sex important?  It helps boost your immune system, strengthens pelvic floor, protects your heart, helps with insomnia and so much more.
